Jayco Caravan Manufacturer, faces a Federal Court lawsuit from the consumer watchdog, ACCC for allegedly misleading customers. 

The lawsuit claims, that over the past five years Jayco's advertising depicted their caravans as suitable for off-road use, yet their warranties did not cover such activity.   

It will be interesting to follow this case.
