This Titanium Caravan boasts an impressive off grid power system.
After labouring over the perfect power system design to fit into limited physical space of this 19’ caravan we achieved installation of all the electrical components under the cafe lounge. A custom made 600AH lithium battery, by Custom Lithium was designed to fit the space snuggle.
We are thrilled to have met our clients brief to use minimal space and maintain maximum caravan storage.

Custom Lithium 600AH 12 Volt Continuous 380AMP BMS Lithium Battery… YES that is correct 600AH & 380AMP BMS!!! Battery was customised to fit under the café lounge.

SOLAR CHARGERS
Victron Smart Solar MPPT Charge Controllers - A solar charger gathers energy from your solar panels, and stores it in your batteries, maintains battery health, extending its life. The design of this off grid caravan power system called for the use of an array of solar chargers to maximise charging efficiencies.

Neatly installed in overhead cupboard for ease of access and viewing. Location of the control panels is so important in terms of access and usability, when control panels are installed too low, on lower cupboards or on the outside of the bed (near where the battery system is installed) is simply lazy and poor workmanship of the installer. Sure, it much easier for the auto electrician or electrician to install it right near the battery system, but it is not helpful for the user.

This Outech Off Grid Caravan Power Upgrade gives the owners the freedom to camp from outback to ocean with all the power they need to run not just the lighting and basic 12 volt appliances, but also the air conditioner, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine, air fryer and even a hair dryer, straightener and blender if need be – all without plugging into mains power!
The roof is covered with 1220W of solar panels that pump the power back into the massive 600AH lithium battery very quickly, plus the power system is designed to top up the batteries from solar and the car when in tow!
