Why is Jayco being SUED?

Did you purchase a Jayco Caravan after making a significant investment based on their claims of suitability for off-road use, including the ability to be towed through streams and set up in remote locations accessible only by four-wheel drive vehicles? 

If so, have you encountered any issues when making a caravan warranty claim?
