John, his partner and two kids are renovating a Jayco caravan to live in full-time and travel Australia. This is not their first caravan, so came to Outech Offgrid knowing they needed a large caravan power system to run 240 volt appliances off-grid.

John modified the caravan from a couple’s van to a two-bunk family caravan and gutted the existing 12 volt caravan electrics to make way for an Outech Power Upgrade Package #outechpowerupgrade . Additionally, because the 240 volt caravan electric was unsafe and non-compliant the packaged included upgrading the 240 volt switchboards and wiring to all GPO’s.
